Owner, Carol Puskar
Carol Puskar has been a mainstay in the ever-changing landscape of Northern California’s Cardiovascular Life-Support industry. She has over 17 years management experience in the training field, originally as the Director of the education department of MediShare. With MediShare, initially a cooperative venture of several Bay Area hospitals, she developed the Pediatric Advanced Life Support courses for health care professionals. Carol interfaces with hospital staff members, department heads, and physicians while serving as liaison to the American Heart Association.
In the latter part of 2000, Carol purchased MediShare, changed the name to HeartShare Training Services, Inc. and rapidly expanded the services to medical professionals and Bay area Industry. Today HeartShare Training Services, Inc. provides quality cardiovascular and respiratory classes to more than 7,000 individuals annually.

HELMUT MEISL, M.D. ACLS COURSE DIRECTOR
Dr.
Helmut Meisl has been affiliated with HEARTSHARE TRAINING SERVICES,
INC.,(formerly MediShare) for over 10 years. He has an active
Emergency Department practice in San Jose, Ca., and is a board
Certified Emergency Physician.
Dr. Meisl is also a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and Regional Faculty of the American Heart Association.
CARRIE MINK, R.N.
Instructor
Carrie Mink, R.N., is a pediatric nurse in Intensive Care at
San Jose Medical Center, who has taught for HeartShare Training
Services, Inc., ( formerly MediShare,) for over 10 years. Carrie
teaches Pediatric Advanced Life Support and is a long time Regional
Faculty member for the American Heart Association.
BLAINE ALLEN, R.N.
Blaine
Allen, R.N. has been teaching Advanced Cardiac Life Support
for HEARTSHARE Training Services, Inc. (formerly MediShare)
for approximately the last 15 years. She also works at Santa
Clara Valley Medical Center, as a critical care Staff developer.
Blaine is a long time Regional Faculty member for the American
Heart Association.
